Massively-parallel partitioning and detection

NGS-like results in hours, not days.

Step 1

Prepare PCR mix

Just like any PCR setup, prepare UltraPCR reaction mix.

Step 2

Set up spin assembly

Prepare spin column assembly using supplied spin columns, PCR tubes, and swing buckets. First, dispense emulsion reagents into the PCR tubes. Second, pipette UltraPCR reaction mix into the spin columns.

Step 3

Partition using a benchtop centrifuge

Droplet generation via centrifugation directly into PCR tubes. 30+ million partitions are generated per sample within 20 minutes.

Step 4

Amplify using a thermal cycler

Cap the PCR tubes and ampilfy using a benchtop thermal cycler.

Step 5

Image molecules via 3D lightsheets

UltraPCR Imager automatically images the entire UltraPCR reaction to detect single molecule DNA signal.

Step 6

Analyze using automated pipelines

UltraPCR Imager is fitted with an automated analysis pipeline for calling positive droplets.
